Screening

If you are having a screening colonoscopy (no indications, no symptoms, including family history of colon cancer or polyps) it is the policy of Hershey Endoscopy Center and the Hershey Medical Center to require each patient to sign a Waiver of Financial Liability. This means that if your insurance company does not pay for the procedure you would be responsible for the charges. Please be sure that you personally contact your insurance carrier to be certain you have coverage for screening procedures.
